How To Make 🥣

Step 1

Measure all the dry ingredients (Coffee grounds, sugar, and cinnamon) and pour them in a bowl. Combine the ingredients well. 

Step 2

Then add the rest of the liquid ingredients (coconut oil and vanilla extract) and give them a good mix. You can substitute vanilla extract with any essential oil of your choice.

Step 3

Transfer the scrub to a jar or container with a lid. Label and decorate it as per your choice. 

How To Use ❓

First of all, take a little bit of shower and come out of it. Because using the coffee scrub under the shower becomes quite messy. So, place a towel underneath and start scrubbing your body from downward to upward in circular motion. Secondly, let the scrub sit on your skin for 5 to 10 minutes to get absorbed. When dry wash it off. Take the shower as you normally do. You can avoid the soap afterwards if you have dry skin type.

For the best results, use this coffee scrub twice a week. Moreover, spending extra time on stretch marks and cellulite areas would bring  satisfying results.

However, do not put so much pressure while scrubbing as it might irritate the skin. Remember, little the quantity of sugar, less abrasive and more gentle your scrub would be for your skin.
