How To Make 🥣

Step 1

Set a workspace with a blender, a wooden spoon, sugar, rose petals, rose oil, and coconut oil. Blend the rose petals in your blender 1st.

Step 2

Spill the blended rose petals into a bowl with some water and stir well. Then add the sugar into the bowl and keep mixing well.

Step 3

In a new bowl, add the coconut oil & rose essential oil. Stir well. When finished, mix the 2 bowls together and move to a container.

How To Use ❓

If you have’nt used a body scrub before, it is important for you to know that you need to use it on a thoroughly wet and softened with warm water (if the water is to hot, your skin can get dried). Apply this amazing recipe with your hands, cover your body with the amount of the scrub you want, and massage it into your skin with circular motions.

As a general guideline, start off using body scrubs once per week, and then gradually increase to 3-4 times per week. If you are new to exfoliation, first test on one part of your body. If you know you have sensitive skin, talk to your dermatologist first.
